This isn't just another Sales role. You'll be our first dedicated Enterprise sales hire. We've already closed multiple enterprise-level deals but now we want to strengthen our focus on enterprise customers.

Who we are
We're building Europe's fastest used car delivery network, connecting freelance drivers with buyers to enable delivery times never seen before. Think Market-Dominating brands like Uber & Wolt but for used car logistics. Backed by top Nordic investors and the founders/operators of Wolt & Swappie.
After immense success in our native Nordic markets, we have started expansion efforts in Middle Europe. Different cultures and values are posing hardened entry barriers, so it's time to think about scaling our sales efforts to gain a foothold in these markets.
Our journey so far
First customers, validated idea, launched Germany–Finland and Sweden–Finland routes
Reached €150k monthly revenue and closed a €920k pre-seed round
Launched Denmark, our first Demand market outside of Finland. Built driver pools in Sweden and Denmark. Monthly revenue €400k
Built country team in Denmark and hired first team members in Germany. Closed €5M
Why this role is so important
You will be directly responsible for acceleration our enterprise sales engine and validating we can close and generate value to the biggest potential accounts in Europe.
Germany is one of the first growth markets in central Europe and is expected to play a major role in our short- and mid-term growth. We believe it can generate a significant share of our revenue within the next 12 months.
Success in Germany will validate our GTM playbook and help us scale to other European markets with confidence. Massive enterprise deals have also impact across borders for our other country teams.
This role is not just about execution, it's about ownership. You will shape our strategy, learn from the field, and influence the product and customer journey directly.
What you'll do
- Spearhead our entire enterprise sales function and pipeline in Germany: from first conversations to nurturing the account once closed. But we are here to help, this is not a role where we leave you alone.
- Start with 0→1 work: talk to customers, get feedback, build trust and close deals
- Work directly with our Regional Sales Lead Jémaro (based in Berlin) and HQ function
- Collaborate with the broader team across product and ops, your feedback matters
What we're looking for
We're building the go-to logistics platform for used cars in Europe. Our vision: 2-day deliveries across the continent. To get there, we need people with bold ambition and real grit. That's where you come in.
- Non-negotiables: native in German, fluent in English
- Enterprise sales/account management experience is a must, especially if you've done it all: from cold outreach to C-level negotiations
- A love for working with people, understanding complex problems, finding solutions, and creating real value
- The ability to learn fast and thrive through uncertainty, startups are a bumpy ride
- A high-performance mindset, you set the bar high for yourself and don't settle for average
- Bonus points if you understand startups, automotive or logistics industries
