Keeping cars moving
A car only earns once it arrives. So we keep them moving.

Bahn team, October 2025
Bahn started in 2024 with one observation about the European used car trade: a car only earns once it reaches the lot, yet the way stock moves often leaves it sitting for a week or more. The standard model waits to fill a truck before it leaves, so a car bought on Monday can wait days for enough others to travel with it. While it waits, a dealer's money is tied up on the road and a buyer is left waiting.
We built Bahn to keep cars moving. When a dealer books one, a driver takes it and drives it, so it travels on its own instead of waiting for a full load.
One team owns each trip from pickup to handover, the price is fixed before anything moves, and the paperwork arrives with the car.
Today more than 100 dealerships across Finland, Denmark, and Germany move their stock with us, each running on the same idea: stock that keeps moving, one order that stays simple, and a price and a plan you can see up front. Behind it is a team across all three markets, and a network of drivers who keep those cars moving every day.

Why we drive
A note from our founders.

Across Europe, cars sit in yards for days before they move. We started Bahn to change that: to keep stock moving, keep the job simple for the dealers who trust us, and keep a real team behind every trip.
The industry has worked the same way for thirty years. We think it can work better, and we are building that with the dealers and drivers who move with us.
